Open Status

Are you open to the public? 

No. Although we are in Phase 2 of NYC's reopening plan our boutique is still temporarily closed to the public. This is due to our location being inside of a mall. Per NYS requirements,  malls are not permitted to reopen until required HVAC safety measures are met. This is an ongoing development and we will keep you posted on our reopening. In the meantime, we are offering curbside pick-up and free shipping on U.S. bound orders with a minimum purchase of $50.

How do I pick up my In-Store order?

If you purchased an order prior to NYC's mandated closing then please contact our team. We will coordinate curbside pick up or having your purchase shipped to your home. You can contact us at 347-903-6729 or email at info@daspotnyc.com. You may also initiate a chat through our website.

Curbside Pick Up

How does Curbside Pick Up work?

You will now be able to place your order online and meet us curbside to retrieve your purchase. In some case, orders may be ready for same-day pick up. Once your order is received by our team and ready, we will contact you via your provided text or email information to schedule a pick up time.

What is the Curbside Pick Up Window?

Completed orders may be picked up between 2-6pm on Monday, Wednesday,Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Sundays and Tuesdays are excluded. You MUST schedule and confirm a pick up time to ensure team availability. Please also call one hour prior to re-confirm your arrival.

Do I need to wear a mask when picking up?

Yes. For your safety and the safety of our team and their families we respectfully ask that you wear a mask when meeting with us curbside. We will also be wearing masks for safety measures. Masks  and face covers are also available at daspotnyc.com for purchase and pick up.

Will my shipment be delayed?
We are working hard to deliver items in a timely manner. Due to COVID-19 and the increased safety measures we are taking, orders may be temporarily delayed beyond our standard shipping times.
